스왑 문의 대응 및 처리 종료 공지
안녕하십니까? 플레이코인입니다.
PlayCoin QRC20에서 ERC20으로의 스왑이 2019년 11월 11일자로 종료되었으나, 많은 분들이 문의 메일을 주시고 계십니다.
스왑 관련 모든 문의 메일은 2019년 12월 8일까지만 대응 및 처리하겠습니다. 아직 스왑 신청을 못하셨거나 지갑 문제로 인해 송금 못 하신 분들은 반드시 해당 기간 안에 메일로 문의하시고 안내를 받아서 스왑하세요. 11월~12월 스왑 신청 건은 12월 말에 일괄 지급할 예정입니다(※ 12월 말 지급 후에는 플레이코인(PLY(QRC))이 소각될 예정이니 유심하시길 바랍니다).
▪ Qtum Core Wallet 및 Qbao Network 지갑 문제로 인해 스왑이 실패된 경우는 별도로 안내를 드릴 테니 swap@playcoin.game으로 메일주세요.

スワップに関するお問い合わせの対応及び処理終了のお知らせ

PlayCoinのQRC20からERC20へのスワップは2019年11月11日に終了いたしましたが、多くの方々からお問い合わせのメールが送られてきております。
スワップ関連のお問い合わせメールは、2019年12月8日まで対応及び処理いたします。まだスワップのお申し込みをされていなかったりウォレットの問題で送金できない方々は、必ず該当期間内にメールでお問い合わせになりスワップしてください。11月~12月のスワップ申し込み件は、12月末に一括して処理する予定です。(※ 12月末の処理後にはPLY(QRC)が焼却される予定ですのでご留意ください。)
▪ Qtum Core Wallet及びQbao Networkのウォレットの問題でスワップに失敗した場合には、別途でご案内いたしますのでswap@playcoin.gameまでメールをお送りください。

Notice on termination of swap inquiries and processing
Greetings from PlayCoin.
The swap period for moving from PlayCoin QRC20 to ERC20 ended on the 11th of November 2019, but many are still making inquiries by email.
We will continue to receive and respond to swap-related inquiries until the 8th of December, 2019. We ask for those who have been unable to make a swap request or have not been able to send money due to wallet issues to please inquire by mail during this period in order to receive guidance to make the swap. All swap requests for November to December will be paid out at once at the end of December. (※ Please note that after the payment in December, PlayCoin (PLY(QRC)) will be incinerated).
▪ Separate guidance will be provided for swap failure due to problems with Qtum Core Wallet and Qbao Network wallets; for these, please send us an email at swap@playcoin.game.

您好，我们是 PlayCoin团队。
PlayCoin QRC20 至 ERC20的转换工作已于2019年11月11日结束，但是仍有很多用户在向我们咨询。
我们对于SWAP咨询邮件的应对和处理将于2019年12月8日全面结束。
尚未进行SWAP申请以及由于钱包问题造成转账失败的用户们，请务必于规定的时间内电邮咨询我们并根据相关指导完成SWAP申请。
另外对于11~12月份的申请，我们将于12月底进行统一处理（请注意在12月底结束统一支付后PLY(QRC)将被全部销毁。）
▪ 对于因为Qtum Core Wallet 和 Qbao Network 钱包所造成的SWAP失败的情况，我们将进行单独引导，请来信至swap@playcoin.game 咨询。
